Training

A Real Pathway Into the Trade

Our workforce development program pairs classroom fundamentals with supervised field work. You don't need a generator background — you need mechanical aptitude, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Apprentice

Ride-along field work, tool and safety fundamentals, preventive maintenance under supervision.

Technician

Independent PM routes, diagnostics, OEM-specific training, and ATS fundamentals.

Senior Tech

Complex troubleshooting, load bank testing, commissioning, and start-up support.

Lead / Mentor

Crew leadership, customer ownership, and training the next group of apprentices.
